Web Hosting Support - Per Ticket Plan

This is the starter plan in which you pay per ticket. A ticket is a technical problem that a client faces. Tickets are purchased in slabs and larger the slab you purchase lower the price per ticket will be. Per Ticket Support is a great option for web hosts wanting a pay-as-you-go option with maximum flexibility.

How It Works - Per ticket support works simply by the number of support tickets your customers submit to our support specialists. Tickets are purchased in slabs in advance. You can view your ticket reserve online through our client portal and you are also notified when your available ticket pool is running low.

What Is Covered - With Per Ticket Plan we will answer general technical support queries which are listed in technical support table. We will also answer any sales & billing queries where appropriate information is available to us.

Live chat and telephone support is not provided in this plan.

What Does It Cost - Tickets are purchased in slabs of 25, 50, 100, 500 or 1000 tickets and cost varies depending on the slab you purchase.
