Per server plan is suitable for medium and large
organizations who have hundreds of websites hosted
on multiple web servers. For such organizations, the
per domain plan becomes unsuitable therefore per server
plan is very cost effective for them.
How It Works - All you need to do
is tell us how many servers you run and the number
of domains that each server houses. You then choose
the period/time you would like covered. We look after
your support needs for the time that you require,
regardless of the number of support requests (tickets)
fielded.
What Is Covered - With Per Server
Plan we will answer general technical support queries
which are listed in technical
support table. We will not answer sales &
billing queries however.

This includes monitoring of maximum of 5 services

What Does It Cost - The cost in
this plan depends on number of server that you run,
amount of support team, and the number of domains
per sever. For detailed costing, look at the following
table.
