How we Recruit?
Our selection process ensures we recruit the right people for the right roles, based on a fair and consistent approach.

Within a few days of submitting your application you should hear from us acknowledging your application. Our HR department will review your application as quickly as possible, normally within a few weeks or less. If your application matches a profile, the HR manager will contact you directly. If you meet our general requirements and your application is not selected, we will store your profile in the database which will be considered when need arises.

If your application is short-listed, you will be called upon for a written Technical test followed by Interview. We may invite you for the Group Discussions where you can demonstrate your skills and competencies. For certain posts you may be given a live mock test.

For each position we evaluate the most appropriate selection methods according to the skills and knowledge required for each role depending on the position or your area of knowledge.
